Great Atmosphere, Great Music, Good Hookah, Strong Drinks, Good Food, and Great Staff. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. Strongly suggest to check it out.

We got the mixed meat dish for the two of us an didn't finish it due to being stuffed. Eat part of the meal was absolutely delicious. And not bad for two people to have a great meal for $40 without drinks. The waitress was also amazingly nice.

Took my 8 year old here for an adventurous Daddy-daughter date night. The Vegetarian Platter/Dinner was tasty with a variety of palette pleasing dishes. Atmosphere is quiet, clean and...nicely decorated with a modern touch. The service was excellent. I'll also add that this dinner for two was filling for only $16.

Visiting from Seattle and was SO HANGRY after doing touristy things all day. Wanted some delicious Ethiopian food and saw that Ambassel was really well rated. Caught an Uber Pool and headed over from our nearby hotel. First of all it has shifted somewhat from a formal dining establishment into a sports bar type place recently, so kind of unexpected walking in. The owner spotted us and immediately took care of our totally exhausted selves, sat us at the bar and went into the kitchen to make us an incredible meal. The locals were all there, and they were all very friendly and we felt right at home. I cannot tell you how much we appreciated the owner's genuineness and attention to our every need. We were so tired, and it was as if he had invited us into his home to take care of us. The meal was AMAZING. We didn't leave a crumb on our plates! So, so good. After dinner we had a wonderful conversation about life, kids, marriage, dreams and we feel like we made a great friend. It's so nice to find places like this where people are so kind. And delicious food, too! Thank you for a wonderful evening---and let's go BOATING!

Such a great place to be. Great and tasty food. Clean dinning, bathroom. The customer service is exceptionally inviting. The Ambassel Tibs and Kitfo is worth trying
